On the ground floor you will have a Dining Room, a fully fitted Kitchen, large bathroom with shower, Lounge with French Windows opening on to a large garden & a further reception room which can be a 'Snug'. Upstairs you have a Bathroom, Double Bedroom, a bunk bedded room suitable for children or agile adults, & a third Bedroom which is a twin. All rooms are centrally heated, heating gas & electricity are all included in the rental cost. The Garden is large, enclosed & leads onto the owners garden which we are happy for you to explore.
