The Sommerhouse is a nice little house providing a comfortable stay for all ages, a family with small children, or with teen agers.. water sports of vary sorts are possible, kite surfing it is great ares for learning, in or out see swimming, you can swim to a island is you got the metal for it or just crud the coat for a few miles.. biking it is the danish alps, svannike bakker are just around the corner.. use the small country side roads.. Well established sommerhouse, here is all you need of machinery and equipment. it is small but fairly efficient established while still being comfortable. The house was furnished and used by my parent for the past 15 years, their spirit is still found in the house, here the fragrance of fresh fish and new potatoes, vegetable and berries was always not faraway. the master bed is a combined by a guest bed room, the house i set for four persons, with defined minimum level of quality. We are always reachable per phone, in case o emergency call 112, or ask the neighbours they are always very open to help any who is in trouble or in need of assistance. now this being said all accordingly to season there might not be that many neighbours abound but there is a few one living in the area all year around and we know them all and they are very friendly people, at least as we know them. Here people do not like to intrude, but they due like to keep an eye out for anther. The neighbors if you do have any are normally owners, here is not many houses rented out.. people are kind and open minded .. not much happens around here and there are fairly queried.. lawn mowers occasionally brakes the silence. Children can be as loud as they like, no body would ever complain about loud kids.. lawn mowers for sure especially in the queried time(12-14h), but not kids they are allowed here at all times :) Either by Car or Bike, we do have 2 adult bikes at the house and additional bikes can be rented in Faaborg or contact us for a provider. the summerhouse can be reached by TAXI from Faaborg and Faaborg can be reached by Bus from Odense, Svendborg or Nyborg from where you can take the train and reach the Airport if necessary. It is fairly do-able, we recommend to use the travel planner (we recommend (Website hidden by Airbnb) Please note we charge for electricity 3 dkk per kWh. Hot water and heating is electric and may cause additional costs all depending time of year, it is a summerhouse and usable all year non the less heating costs are higher during winter.. please contact us for further guidance on cost expectancy and suggestions on how to minimise possible costs.
