Springs & hiking r close. Peaceful Old Florida Feeling. Great Summer Getaway. 40 min. to St. Augustine or Flagler Beach. 1 hour to Orlando- 2 Canoes, Pool Table, skiis, & more Home is an unique round house that offers views of the river from almost every room. The river flows on two sides of the house. Main dock has chairs and umbrellas. Side dock has chairs and fire pit with lights. Peaceful with neighbors only on one side. Access to lake fishing too! Guests will have full access to house and laundry area. No more than 3 cars please. Boats welcome. Available to guests via email or text throughout stay. On site maintenance man. House is located just 5 miles from Welaka's Shrimp R'Us, fisheries, Mud Springs and Georgetown. Everyone calls this the best lot on the river. The views are amazing! Shrimp run in August and September and you can catch them right off the dock. The house is cozy and has lots of extras for our guests. Jacksonville airport 90 minutes to the north. Orlando airport 90 minutes to the south. Daytona airport 60 minutes to the southeast. Guest have use of canoe, paddles and life jackets for leisure paddles down the river. If pond fishing is more your speed, guests also have access to our dock on the pond across the street. There's a shed full of outdoor games, floats, water skiis and more.
