10 min from City, your own stable in a lovely area

Wonderful private cottage/stable that has been lovingly restored. Situated only 10 min from Örebro City. The house is situated in a Idyll surrounded by pastures with sheep and horses . You have the whole house to yourselves, patio and own parking directly adjacent to the house. The house is close to a farm. Extra services: breakfast 95kr / person, bed linen 95 SEK / person. You have the whole stable/cottage for yourself and you have your own patio where you can take your morning coffee or sit and enjoy the surrounding during the day. There is also a grill if you wish to enjoy a lovely dinner outside in the evening (during summer season). We want to create a home with the little extra - where you an enjoy the typical Swedish nature and countryside at the same time as you are very close to one of Swedens bigger cities where you can enjoy everything from Örebro Castle to fantastic shopping. Of course you have nature just around the corner with fantastic woods and nature reserves as well as biking and running. For us is your comfort very important and therefor you will have new pillows and quilts, cozy environment with details, functional accommodation both for those who work and those who want to experience a family vacation, the opportunity to experience both rural life and urban life. The house has 3 bedrooms. One with 1 double bed, one with 2 single beds and one with 1 single bed. The cottage is overall very spacious and light settings. There are blackout curtains in all rooms (both bedrooms and living room). If you have infants, we also have a crib, changing bed, high chair to rent 100: -/ package for the entire stay. Pls inform us in advance if you like it. You have access to the entire house and the garden outside for yourselves. There are other houses in the neighborhood who have their own gardens. The house is about 62 sq. If you wish linen & towel please let us know in advance ( 95 sek / person). The same goes for breakfast - we will be happy to give you a nice breakfast (95:-person/day) There is a dish washing machine in your house, so you will not need to hand wash your dishes :) Pls leave the house in the same condition as you arrived to. You have fully equipped cleaning supplies. If you need help with cleaning - pls contact us and we will be happy to help you (695 SEK for final cleaning). You will have the whole stable/cottage for yourself. The rest of the house is only a barn so no one lives there :). You have your own patio and parking lots for 2 cars. as well as the surroundings in the village. There are other houses nearby with their own gardens. We live in one of the houses next door and love to answer your questions, come with suggestions for activites and hikes etc. If we have time and opportuity we love to show your the farm where we can show your the lamb/sheeps and you can try to feed them, ride a tractor or 4*4 if you like, clap our dog and maybe see when our sheepdog works with the sheep heards. Mäjsta village looks like a picture from Astrid Lindrens stories and is a great combination of an country idyll while you also have direct bustransfer to Örebro city just outside the door. You have only 5 minutes by car to the E18 (highway) if you want to avoid trafic jam. Örebro with surroundings is full of actvites and sights depending on the season. Below you can also find som spots and suggestions that we recommend: Things to do and distance: The Nature Reserve "Manntorp Forest" (where you can take a walk or jog, pick berries and mushrooms like chantarelle and KarlJohan) - within walking distance Gustavsviks park -Sveriges largest water park, about 10 minutes drive . Örebro's city park - elected to Sweden's finest urban flowerpark with everything from a lovely restaurant in the greenhouse, stunning gardens to the playground and paddling pool for children. Wadköping - A "Skansen" in miniature in the middle of Orebro, is adjacent to the city park, about 15 minutes drive. Ånnaboda - downhill skiing in winter 8 runs, big cross-country ski resort, in the summer fantastic hiking trails, about 20 minutes drive. Ässundet - small sand beach and cafeteria (known for their shrimp sandwiches) and renting of canoes and bikes, 10 min my car. Cycling Hjalmaren around - the trail leads directly outside Golf - Lanna, Gustavsviksvägen others golf courses within 15-30 minutes drive grocery store - ICA / Coop / Maxi 10 minutes car. Big playground for kids inside -one of scandinavias largest about 15 minutes drive Pat the lamb / sheep and horses - outside the house training -Jogging/running routes outside the house Live Band - Örbro have a wide veraity of live bands most weeks. Restaurants and bars - pls ask us since there are soo many different kinds. Moose spotting - just outside the house. Car: parking next to the house Local Bus: direct access to the village (takes 10 minutes to the central station by bus) Taxi: yes, you will get one in about 10-15 min Cycle: distance to the Central Station about 9 km, there are designated cycle path from here to Örebro City and to the closest grocery store. Walking: you can enjoy walks in the nieghbourhood or in the woods and surroundings at all time. You will live in a very beatiful "Astrid Lindgren" village that is also our farm where there are horses and sheeps around to pet and enjoy and also people employed, so there might be other people around some days and maybe some tractor or 4*4 driving by (depending on the season).
