Come escape & relax in this clean, well appointed cottage. Fully set up for family living & cooking. Enjoy indoor & outdoor spaces. The attached garage has been transformed into a game room featuring ping pong, foosball, air hockey & a classic arcade game (plays 60 different games from pac-man to donkey kong, space invaders, centipede). Outside the deck overlooks the river & fire pit. The cottage is equip with a propane grill & 2 kayaks. A new 4 person hot tub has just been installed. Such a peaceful spot on the river! Firewood is complimentary. Plenty of parking. Cable with sports channels, WIFI, DVDs & board games for inclement weather. There is a new well here & the water is delicious! Smoking is not permitted inside, including no smoking in the game room. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with optional twin folding/roll away bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room. The 2nd bedroom has a full size bed & 3 twin beds. Feel free to bring additional boats and or jet skis. There is plenty of off street parking enough room for up to 8 vehicles. Host is available by cell phone to answer and questions. *Please check out promptly at 10am at the end of your stay. (There are absolutely no exceptions unless arrangements have been made at the time of booking. Those desiring to check-out later must communicate that at the time of the booking. There will be an additional $100/hr fee for every hour after 10:00 a.m, but under no circumstances can check-outs be later than noon, as other guests are arriving and the space must be cleaned & sanitized. New guests are arriving. The cleaning service will be here sharply at check out. Close to Ferris State University, art galleries, outdoor concerts, spas, gift shops, restaurants, breweries, wineries, ice cream shops, farmer's market, roller rink, downtown history tours, tubing, tons of gorgeous walking trails, award-winning golf courses & 6 disc golf courses to enjoy. Secluded low traffic street just a mile from boat launch and several amenties. If you bring an ORV for your stay, exhaust noise emission shall not exceed 70-90 dB. There are no official ORV trails in Big Rapids however, ORV are allowed on the street. Mecosta County offers loads of scenic trails designated for walking, hiking, biking and snowshoeing.
