Lairbnb, located 20 minutes from the nearest grocery store, is ideal for guests who want to check in and stay on the property throughout their stay. Paper, tinder, wood and diesel are provided, as well as a package of hot dogs for a late night snack. Shared Space with Host | Surrounding the private one acre is Colleen's additional 25 acres with a mile of hiking trails open year-round, kayaks & life jackets (February-November), dock & dockside sitting area (May-November). Liability Waiver: You understand that swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, hiking and using the kayaks. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, hiking and use of the kayaks and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, hiking or using the kayaks if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes or uses the kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You may see our car drive by your house. Other than that, you probably won't see or hear any one! Lairbnb is at the end of a private mile-long gravel road. Ignore the "No Trespassisng" signs on the way in. Guests will need their own transportation to and from Riverten, as this is rural property. Host Colleen lives next door. Guests will generally not see me unless they text me for a Polaris Ranger property tour.
