The garden of the house consists of a small park completely enclosed by a perimeter wall, two solariums and a terrace with a table. The villa is spread over two floors, the first floor is a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a laundry room and a small cellar. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms: one double with cot for children 0-3 years; a bedroom with a queen and a room with bunk beds for the kids. The fourth bedroom is located in the attic and has two single beds. Also on the upper floor the main bathroom with bath and shower. The garden of the house consists of a small park, two solariums and a terrace with a table. The villa is at the complete disposal of guests who can enjoy the two floors of the house and the private garden in peace and complete privacy. Villa Breil is in a secluded but not isolated position from the village of Chatillon, whose center is a few minutes by car and 15 minutes on foot. Chatillon is a village in the central valley, near the spa of Saint-Vincent and 25 km from Aosta. The village is located at the entrance of the Valtournenche valley and is therefore convenient for reaching the ski areas of Torgnon, Valtournenche and Cervinia.
