Lovely apartment for 8 people at the foot of the Montalbert / La Plagne slopes

The apartment is located in a small residence, away from the center of the village. From the car park, it’s very easy and pleasant to reach the apartment, by a wide staircase opened to the Valley of the Tarentaise. The apartment is located on the second floor, it is orientated to the south-west. Its balcony overlooks the slopes in winter and the green fields in summer. On the ground floor, the apartment has a bedroom with a wardrobe, a bathroom with bath, separate toilet, a kitchen opened to the living room. It overlooks a large balcony partly covered by the roof. The stair case leads to a mezzanine, a large bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Heating is produced by the under floor heating and electric radiators. The floor of the ground floor is laminate flooring, there is a light carpet on the second floor. The furniture is a mountain pine style . On the ground floor, the bedroom has a bed (140) and a wardrobe reserved to the owner. A large closer is available to tenants. The bathroom has sink and a bathtub. The kitchen is separated from the living room by a work plan . There is a fridge, an electric hotplate, a dishwasher, an oven, a micro wave, a coffee machine, an electric ketle. In the cupboard there is the kitchen equipment, the raclette oven and the pan cake oven. In the living room has a pine table with extensions, six chaires, two stools, a coach with four seats and three small tables, the TV set. Equipments for babies: a folding bed, a small chair, and protective barriers for the stairs Other facilities are available: Vacuum cleaner, 2 folding chairs, CD player, table for the balcony At the first floor, there is a closed room to store skis and poles. Montalbert is a small ski resort, well exposed to the Tarentaise Valley. In winter, you can access to La Plagne with two chair lifts, but you can also ski on the Montalbert Ski resort. In summer, the ski resort is very lively with many activities for children, teenagers and adultes and many walking trails from the village. It is also possible to practice water activities or to swim at the lake of Macot. The cycling path (or roller path) that connects Aime to Bourg Saint Maurice is very pleasant.
