Waddenzee

This bungalow is situated very close to the Wadden Sea, in the quiet village of Moddergat at the height of Schiermonnikoog and Ameland. Moddergat is located in northern Friesland. It is 5 km west of the nature reserve, Lauwersmeer and 35 km north-east of the capital of Leeuwarden. This is an ideal location for nature lovers and those seeking peace. You can go by bike to Holwerd and from there by boat to Ameland or go swimming in the Lauwersmeer (lake). You can then enjoy a coffee break at 'het boze wijf' in Lauwersoog, which is a paradise for bird lovers. There are around 125 walking trails around the lake where you can go for a leisurely stroll. A day trip to Leeuwarden and Dokkum is definitely worth the effort. The Bungalow Waddenzee has 3 bedrooms, two of them with a washbasin. Large doors lead to the terrace and an enclosed lush garden with lot of privacy. The owners are happy to provide any assistance or information you require.
