Bright 1st floor apartment located in a quiet area. Ideally located 1min from a bakery, 5min walk from the main street and the station "Calais Ville". Free and easy parking on the street. The apartment has an entrance on the ground floor with dedicated doorbell, then a staircase to access the 1st floor. The hall opens directly onto the living room which includes the kitchen, dining area and lounge area. The kitchen is equipped, tea and coffee are available as well as some condiments. The living room includes a double sofa bed and a TV with Orange decoder. Board games are available in the coffee table. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a large closet, with direct access to the bathroom. The entire housing is equipped with electric shutters. Possibility of arrival between 1:30pm and 6pm on request and depending on my availability. Please specify if you need the sofa bed , in order to prepare the necessary linen. Waste bins for selective sorting are available in the entrance hall of the ground floor, as well as household equipment. Towels are available at an extra cost for 5€/person.
