Urban sanctuary close to Sea-Tac airport

This home backs up to a greenbelt and is close to Kent Station (shopping, restaurants, movie theater, access to public transportation) and freeway access. Nice quiet neighborhood. Seattle is 20 miles away, airport is 12 miles away. You will have your own private room with ample closet space, and a queen size bed. There is no TV in the room, but there is WiFi and you can watch your favorite shows from your device. The bathroom is across the hall from your room. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and cooking essentials. Guests are welcome to coffee, tea, and oatmeal. Please feel free to use the stove, microwave, and toaster in the kitchen. If you'd like to buy your own food and cook, there is an extra fridge in the garage where you can store your food. *NO-SMOKING on or near the premises* That includes tobacco, vaping, and marijuana. The host is COVID vaccinated. Guests may wear masks if they choose but it is not required. You are welcome to enjoy the living and dining rooms, and kitchen and deck. Please leave these common spaces as you found it i.e. clean up after yourself. I live in the home and you will be sharing it with me. I am quiet and respectful. No hard feelings if you want to be left alone :) Lots of greenery, trails, creeks, a pond. Kent Station is less than 5 miles away. From there, you can catch the train or bus into Seattle, or anywhere else. Checkin: 3 p.m. Checkout:11 a.m. $10 charge for every 15 minutes past checkout time, unless you get prior approval. Arriving late? No worries. There is a keypad lock and the area is well-lit. There is free street parking in the neighborhood. No shoes in the house No smoking No drugs No parties or events No unapproved guests Please keep noise to a minimum before 7 a.m. and after 10 p.m. I provide enough toilet paper, paper towels, and soap for a 1 week stay.
