Please read this description carefully: This amazing suite is located on the main floor of a beautiful home in Audubon Park in Minneapolis. On site are 4 other private suites. This suite has a private bedroom and attached bathroom. ONLY the full kitchen and laundry are shared with other guests in the home. The entrance area to the home is shared as well. (See pictures for details). This lovely suite is located on the main level of the home and features a private attached bathroom. Additional room features include a smart TV and main floor access (no stairs). I do not live onsite, but I do live nearby. I am always on call if my guests need anything at all, and have a full-time maintenance person available if any maintenance issues arise. There is also an on-site building manager. This house is located in the upscale, highly-desirable Audubon Park neighborhood in Minneapolis and is nearby to many trendy breweries and restaurants. This quiet, peaceful location is an easy drive to downtown Minneapolis, Saint Paul, Roseville, and Saint Louis Park.
