House with terraces in nature, near a city and parks

The house is located in the middle of a valley and a plot of 6500 m2, more than 100 of the street. Calm and space are de rigueur. Several wooden terraces surround the house which has openings to the north, west and south, so it is always bright. A large living room of more than 30 m2 which includes in it the kitchen gives access to two terraces, in front and behind the house. A bay window on one of them adorns the entrance. This is the main room. A large wooden dining table and wrought iron can accommodate up to ten people. A Jotul wood stove allows to bring the winter extra soul to the room and a nice warmth. After four steps, the night area consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large bath. Then the living room also gives access, after six steps, to the lower part of the house that consists of a dressing room and a large room that can make both a playroom, both dormitory, a bathroom composed of a shower and a toilet also accompanies this room. Direct access to another terrace, through a bay window is also required.
