This is a ground floor of a villa, approximately 80m2, totally independent thanks to a private access and specific parking spaces and not overlooked with the floor and the neighborhood. Located 500m from the center of the village, everything can be done on foot or by bike, a greenway passes close to housing. (ideal for family outing) The place is quiet, trees, a garden is at your disposal to enjoy the sun, a barbecue. An electric awning completely covers the terrace to ensure a shading useful during hot weather. The accommodation has been renovated in 2018 so I ask no pets and careful people please. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, an induction hob, Nespresso + coffee filter, ironing equipment, toaster, electric kettle etc .... The large living room has a sofa bed and a table that can accommodate 6 to 8 people for the meal. A flat screen TV with USB plug also. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a pebble floor and a thermostatic shower (grohe), a double sink, a towel dryer, a hair dryer and an auxiliary heater. As for the rooms: ch1 with 160x200 Bultex bedding, ch2 160x200 Merino bedding, ch3 two 90x200 Merino beds. Bed linen may or may not be offered, depending on the period and length of stay. The ch3 benefits from its own reversible air conditioning (heating or cooling) (daikin) and the rest of the house also thanks to a second more powerful installed in the living room and distributing the other rooms. The 3 bedrooms also benefit from the installation of mosquito nets protecting you against these disturbing pests. The toilets are independent of the bathroom avoiding unpleasant odors in the bathroom. The wifi code will be given free of charge upon your arrival if you need it for a better rate or connect your devices. In addition or to be agreed if necessary a bed of 2 people is possible also on the sofa bed of the living room. Near the rivers Ardeche and Labeaume, the villages of Vallon Pont d'Arc at 10 min, Balazuc, Vogüé, Labeaume, Largentière will be the occasion of beautiful walks, markets (morning or night). The restitution area of the Chauvet cave, canoeing down the Gorges de l'Ardeche, cycling, quad biking .... The swimming pool la Perle d'eau in Lablachère with its water games.
