MINORCAN VILLA WITH AMAZING VIEWS

It' a spacious and attractive semi-detached house by the sea in an exclusive urban area called Cala Morell. It has spectacular views looking over the sea with some of the best sunset views on the island (between May and Augus). It has a private garden, as well as terraces and private parking area. Only a 5 minute walk down to the cove and beach or a 10 minute drive to the beautiful historical town of Ciutadella. The house is decorated with taste and is well equipped with all you'll need, Spacious and comfortable house all on one level. It has sea views from both inside and outside. Menorcan-style architecture with wooden beams and walls all painted white, including the roofs. It has spacious terraces and a garden. 3 double bed-rooms and 2 bath-rooms; the master bed-room has a en-suite bath-room. The kitchen is well equipped, with dish-washer, microwave oven, etc, as well as a beautiful view out the window (you will all want to take turns doing the dishes!!). There is also an outside shower with hot and cold water. Cala Morell is a quiet and very exclusive urban area overlooking a cove with cristal clear waters, a beach and sun bathing platforms- an ideal spot for diving and snorkling. It will take you no more than 5 minutes to walk down for a perfect swim before breakfast or at any time you wish. There are 2 restaurants available, plus the exclusive and well knownn chill-out bar 'Yvette', looking over the beach. If you are interested in archaeology you have 2 important prehistoric sights right on the spot or if you like walking, you can also hike along the coast either to your right or left along trails with breathtaking views . Cala Morell is only 7 km from Ciutadella- a 10 minute car ride. Ciutadella used to be the capital of the island, before the British period, so here you find all the old palaces, the cathedral and beautiful plazas and narrow streets, full of charm, elegant boutiques, cafes and restaurants and the market. And you must wander down to the old Port, where you can also sit for a meal or a drink or just have an ice-cream and watch the world go by. Within a 5 minute drive from the house you can get to the beautiful and paradisiatic wild beaches of Algayerens with golden sands and turquoise waters. If you go there, remember to take some water or other provisions as there is nowhere to purchase these there. Should you have any problems or need any help during your stay we live conveniently close by. We recomend our clients to have a car for their own comfort and convenience as Ciutadella, supermarkets, etc are 7km distance away. But if you don't have one there is a bus service between Ciutadella and Cala Morell during the Summer months, but the service is not very frequent. To access the beach in Cala Morell one must walk down many steps. People with physical problems may find this inconvenient.
