Near Bergues, nice modern house

Comfortable house to share with owner and young breton spaniel and a lovely little cat who stay in separate wing of the house! Equipped with baby bed and baby chair at no extra cost! As I can host up to 7 guests (and one baby) of course it is not in the same bedroom, 4 in total with either double beds, twin beds or single bed! All combinations are possible. But I repeat it is not house only for guests I live there too!! 3 bedrooms and 2 private bath for your week-ends, your escapade, located 12 km from the endless beaches of Malo les Bains, and 7 km from Bergues, bienvenue chez les Chtis! Complete freedom, acces to living room and TV room. If pets, the park is not fenced! 3 modern bedrooms, one king size bed (antique furnitures) and 2 twin beds 90 x 2m, and one suite with king size bed and full bathroom and toilets! Total of 3 toilets, 2 full bathrooms. Its a large place! Beautilful tiles bathroom with italian style shower and double sink, private toilets. Totally noise-free in no through street near a historical manor from 18th century (Château Duriez), a local city bus can take you to the center of Dunkerque without the hastle of parking for a modest contribution (1,50€ each ticket). Large parc, table-tennis Cornilleau-pro to be used, pétanques balls to play with, beach rackets and light balls. Belgium and its famous chocolates is minutes away, Brugge world heritage listing 45 minutes away! De Panne and its prestigious beaches is a stone-through away. Please note that the price is for one family (couple) and 1 child, the second one will be charged 15 euros per night. If it is 2 couples or a total of 4 adults I will charged 35 euros extra as it is not exactly the same, which I am sure you understand! Then extra child will come free of charge! Baby folding bed available for the comfort of a little one! And a baby chair as well Reserve quickly, try and.... come again! Extra room available for large parties. All rooms downstairs with large TV screen in TV room or another one smaller in main living-room, kitchen and of course the large terrasse and all the garden for your pleasure! Important notification : for professional travelers who wants to book individual room, they have to indicate 4 persons (even if only 2) so I will prepare 2 separate rooms. And if they need 3 rooms they have to indicate 6 persons. In the private message they of course will indicate the real number of their party. All depends the level of independance my visitor wish it can be from total freedom to share and elaborate meals in commun! Great environment absolute tranquility, no traffic at all as in the middle of a cul-de-sac. Car is preferable but bus number 15 from Dunkerque train station ends in my village then 7 minutes walking on not very busy road (D52) I started long ago the bed and breakfast when I was living in Canada and love the contact with travelers.
