The house can host 6-8 persons, but enjoyed best with less. Large equiped sunny house in peaceful surroundings with many activities to discover. Great Norwegian house with summer forest hiking, swimming in the sea couple of minutes away and with winter path for skiing nearby. The living space is amazing. For longer stay, make a request. Let us know how you wish it. All common supply for your stay will be provided free of charge (sheets, covers, towels, kitchenware and possibly bicycles upon daily fee). No shoes inside the house. Please put them in the hallway. We follow Bamble community rules for recycle of all waste. o Plastic needs to be rinsed in water before put in plastic waste box. o Paper in paper waste box. o Food waste in green box with a green plastic bag specially made for food. o Glass and metal should be put in the orange black box up on the right of the house, up the road. o All required small boxes for recycling you will find under the sink area. •Washing machine and dishwasher should only be in use while you are in the apartment. None of the machines shall be in use while the apartment is empty. This is mainly for safety reasons. •Before you leave the apartment close all windows and lock the door. Windows should be closed also when you are away during the day. •If a damage occurs or anything unpredicted happens, immediately contact the house owner; Dyllan mobile + (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) •Quiet hours 23:00-07:00 •It is not allowed with overnight guests that is not reported into the airbnb system. This is for insurance, safety and emergency reasons in case of fire. Extra guest/guests must be reported in so you pay correct amount. •It is not allowed to rent on behalf of others than yourself. The one who is renting is also the one who is in the apartment. If you want it otherwise, you need to consult with the house owner prior to booking. •Our road is the road for our schoolchildren so please respect the max 30 km/h speed limit. •We follow all the airbnb rules. •Leave the apartment as clean and presentable as you found it! The wine presented in the house isn’t included in the daily price, contact the owner for any purchase. Please put the used towels and bed linen in the laundry boxes in the bathroom. •If the rules are not followed, we will immediately ask you to either fix the issue/problem or kindly ask you to leave our house. The football fields, the forest, mountains, sea and a waterpark are under 10min reach. A sweet little walk to the sea is always nice to do. The view and place is amazing.
