Built in 2017, this private 60 m2 winter-proof wooden house has 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 large living room with an open kitchen and a sofa-bed for 1.5 people. There is also an electric sauna and a large south-facing terrace. Lots of natural light, air-conditioning, heated floors, a fully equipped kitchen, sauna and 4G wi-fi will provide a comfortable and relaxing stay in all seasons. There is a 22kW EV charger at your disposal, powered by 100% renewable electricity. Additional amenities: Underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathrooms. Air conditioning (heating + cooling) Clean tap water from a 101 m well. Sauna The estate is 8 hectares and offers absolute privacy. No neighbours in sight. I will be available by phone 24/7. There is NO firewood in the house, if you want to use the fireplace you should bring a bag (which is good enough for 2 nights) from the local Alexela petrol station in Otepää.
