Quiet Haven near all the area offers

Charming Bungalow on Concord/Bedford line, near Lexington; historic touring and nature exploring (Walden Pond, etc) nearby; perfect for business person short term or anyone wanting the home feel. Rtes 95; 3; 2 and 495 close; 1/2 Hour (+/- traffic) into Boston; Minuteman trails; biking; canoeing; etc easily accessed. Cozy room with double bed on 2nd floor, very private; sitting room attached. SHARED BATHROOM WITH HOST. Large garden/patio in nice neighborhood. Lots off street parking. Double bed that always gets raves for comfort. Love seat and table with office chair in library off guest room. Park in driveway~entry is through door down walkway by garage. I will offer a light breakfast (coffee/tea?), granola; light cooking possible occasionally in kitchen ~ let me know in advance. Generally around and happy to answer any questions and give directions to area ameneties. Love the peace and quiet near the Concord River with advantages of all modern living close drive away Really need a car or bicycle from here; 1.5 mile walk into Bedford. Or use Uber. There is a train into Boston from Concord. Due to our Country's experience with Covid 19 I had shut down for 14 months. I am cautiously restarting my popular AirBnB. I do require any guests to send me a full copy of their Vaccination card and to have completed their vaccination at least 3 weeks prior to any stay with me. I also now require a conversation prior to acceptance of booking.
