Lake view cottage

Cozy lake view cottage in a beautiful setting, close to beach and nice forest surroundings. Cozy and relaxing 50sqm cottage with fireplace. Unique location on a larger property about 300m from a lake. The property is located about 4km away from nearest bus stop. Living room with sofa bed and fire place, kitchen, toilet with shower, bedroom, hallway, outdoor (under roof) with outdoor fireplace. We live next door and can help out with most needs and can provide guiding around the area if needed. We have a bigger dog that might greet you when you arrive, never of the lead though. The cottage is located in a very quiet little village with the feeling of being truly in the Swedish countryside and forest, 15 min from the Landvetter airport by car. Event if it’s close to the airport there is no noice pollution. The cottage is in the the villige, Egypten Hällingsjö and is located in the end of a gravel road about 4km away from nearest bus stop. Shopping is best done before coming here, nearest big supermarket is in Landvetter. However basic amenities can be bought at a petrol station in Hällingsjö (5km from house) Option to by eggs (4kr/egg) and depending on avaliability vegetables summertime from our market garden. You can also rent a canoe (50kr/day) and buy firewood (50kr/bag). There is also bed linnen and towels avaliable (150kr/set) One of the house rules is to leave the house in that state you found it, failing to do so will result in a cleaning charge of 1000kr Please also note that the cottage have a composting toilet.
