Conveniently located within easy reach of two airports: Palermo (a 40 minute' drive away) and Birgi (Trapani: 30 minutes). The villa enjoys beautiful views to the north and west of the island, the garden has colourful flowers and young fruit trees, with plenty of space around the property for relaxing. An extremely comfortable holiday home, it has a well-equipped open-plan kitchen/dining room/living room with: gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, TV, satellite, DVD player, ceiling fans. There is air-conditioning in the bedrooms, as well as full central heating in all rooms for those winter breaks. There is one large double room, one twin room and a double sofa-bed in the living room.
