Liberec offers a lot of opportunities for shopping, entertaining or dining. Welcome to our beautifull house in Liberec, a nice city located between mountains in the north of Czech Republic. The house is wheelchair accessible, surrounded with nice garden, with own parking place (1 car). In large open-space living area is equiped by 2 modern genuine skin-coated sofas and 1 chair (1 sleeping possible), LED-TV, fireplace (wood disposal free), dining place with 6 chairs, fully equiped kitchen corner with with fridge, freezer, electric-oven, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster... 3 bedrooms (master bedroom with kings-bed, cot, 2nd bedroom with large single bed (120cm), 3rd small bedroom with sofa-bed and TV. Bathroom with shower, bath-tub and WC. 2nd WC in separate washroom. The house is fully wheelchair-accesible. The bathroom is accesible, but unfortunately WC or shower not fully barrier-free. Downhill and cross-country skiing, snowboarding or ski-touring. The house is located just 10 minutes by car from the skilift in Skiarena Ještěd or Skiareal Obří sud, just 15 minutes by car from Bedřichov - the "capital city" of cross-country skiing in Jizera Mountains. In summer the surroundings mountains offer many options for walking and mountain sports. You can explore the entire area by bike too. Do you like play golf? There is five golf courses nearby for you - Golf Ypsilon (18min = 17km), Golf Liberec (12min = 10km), Golf Ještěd (24min = 18km), King´s Golfcourse Malevil (30km, 35min) and public course Golf Grabštejn (20min = 26km) And what next? The house is located just 15minutes walk or 4 minutes ride by car (1,5km) to city centre, where you can enjoy a lot of opportunities of shopping, entertaining (cinemas, theatres) or dining.
