Our exclusive penthouse loft apartment is located in the attic of a modern 3 family house, which was built in 2015. The penthouse loft has been furnished with great attention to detail in a retro style, with all the amenities you need to spend a relaxing holiday. The loft character offers an open and bright living quality. A perfect ambience for a relaxing holiday. It doesn't matter whether you spend a cozy evening at the large dining table or relax in the adjoining living room, the apartment offers plenty of space to enjoy yourself. Enjoy the sun all day on the 30 sqm terrace above the roofs of Sayn. The bedroom has a box spring bed (1.80 m) and can accommodate 2 people, as well as a spacious wardrobe. 2 other guests have the opportunity to sleep on 1 sofa bed each. The modern bathroom impresses with the spacious, walk-in Raindance shower. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and electric shutters.  Costs on site: In order for the booking to be binding on both sides, a deposit of 20% of the invoice amount must be paid no later than 3 days after booking, the remaining payment is due 4 weeks before arrival.   The cost of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, gas, water, heating and laundry package are included in the rental price.
