My guests have often said "your house was in the perfect location for my visit". By car, my house is right off 95. By train/bus, I'm a 10 minute walk from station. Queen, Grand Opera, Convention Center, Riverfront & Downtown are minutes away. A large 3rd floor suite is all yours, with restored hardwood floors, natural light, spacious bathroom & queen size bed. THREE BEDROOMS ON THE SECOND FLOOR are also listed on AIRBNB they have queen or full size beds and private hall baths. I reside in the a house next door and still have an office in this house. The kitchen, dining room & living room on the first floor are always open and available to my guests. The first floor of the house is always open to all guests. I enjoy sharing a meal, cocktails or a glass of wine with guests from time to time. Everyone is welcome to enjoy the spacious living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath on the ground floor. Plus there's a charming brick courtyard off the kitchen. I mostly work from home, renovating/reselling old houses in the area.
