Country House on the Bay

My home (owner occupied/shared) sports a spectacular view of the Chesapeake Bay with access to the beach. The home is spacious with a family, dining, breakfast and living room. Significant kitchen space is available with all of the cookware and place settings you would need for a meal. The master bath is handicapped accessible. My deck can be used for cookouts and relaxation. Hosting a gathering - lets talk- my home is perfect for celebrations. Close to Annapolis & Naval Academy. While my listing states "private room", in actuality the entire first floor is available to the guest and I only book one group at a time. The first floor houses four bedrooms, two baths, family room, dining room, living room, kitchen and a breakfast room. All of that leads to a wrap-around deck that has a view of the Chesapeake Bay. My host accommodation is located on the second floor allowing privacy for all. Guest access by key pad is shared with the host. I share my cell number for easy communication. I leave messages daily for my guests to know when I will be in the residence. My home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. I live in a waterfront community and the beach in front of my home is relatively private. There is a community park three homes away from my home for children to play. My home has a nice large lawn for family gatherings and beautiful water views. I have fun maps to help find your way around historical Annapolis, which is about 20 minutes away. The US Naval Academy is about the same distance from my house as well. Uber is a great way to travel to the capital as you will not have to worry about parking. It is important to note that: -reservations can be made by adults 25 years of age and above. - any guest beyond the initial two will be charged a fee per night. -the host lives in the home on the second floor and makes every effort to allow the guests to enjoy their privacy. The entrance to the home is shared with the host. -If you have a boat or would like to rent one, there are local community slips available with overnight fees. -Private boats can be launched at local Sandy Point Park beach. -If you bring a boat on a trailer, there should be ample space in the driveway for your trailer. -My home does have an outside bath house with toilet and shower facilities so as to keep my home as sand free as possible. -beach towels and swim and lawn toys for all are available as well.
