The room comprises of a 4ft 6' luxury pocket sprung bed prepared with quality linens, enabling you to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable nights sleep. The accommodation has its own ensuite with wet room shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and toilet. Quality towels are provided for your use, along with welcome amenities. For your convenience you have your own micro kitchenette which comprises of a combination microwave oven, kettle, toaster, hot plate, dishwasher and small fridge freezer along with all the utensils required to prepare, cook and enjoy a simple meal. The property has underfloor heating throughout. The accommodation is also furnished with a hairdryer, TV and DAB radio. You will have your own parking space, private access and your own patio area for enjoying the glorious South Hams sunshine. A welcome pack which includes tea, coffee, sugar, milk, butter and bread.
