My house is a lovely totally remodeled open floor plan two story built in 1890 located near downtown with easy access to stores, bars, restaurants and theater. I kept the old charm but brought in all the modern conveniences. It has a huge kitchen, nice dining room and living room. The bedrooms are upstairs and each is an ensuite with a Juliet balcony. There is a nice enclosed front porch, and back porch and 3 patios. Enjoy the gas grill and patios in our nice cool evenings. The open floor plan just draws everyone into the dining room and kitchen for warm conversations. You will have access to the entire house. Outside there are three patios, a grill and patio sets for your enjoyment. I am only a text or phone call away if you have any questions or problems feel free to call me. My home is located in a very nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to grocery stores, liquor store, restaurants, bars, museum, movie theater, and coffee houses. You are in the heart of Alliance, so you can easily walk to the theater, coffee houses, grocery, bars and restaurants. Our evenings are usually nice and cool with very little humidity which is great for walks or bike rides. We have a wonderful park system with a nice outdoor pool and a public golf course. There are board games, yard games and decks of cards for use and enjoyment. For guests staying a week or longer have bicycles available.
