This is the middle villa, very private with wide-angle views of the sky and water. Taylor Bay is known for its white sand beach, gentle tide, and crystal clear waters. For the discriminating traveler who prefers the solitude and relaxation of a private villa, this villa is the perfect answer. This romantic one bedroom villa features contemporary decor across two levels of living space, a large private pool with outdoor patio, and just a few steps to the talcum powder soft, sandy beach. Perfect for a honeymoon or romantic celebration. Both floors are dominated by the amazing views of the turquoise water and sky. The artfully decorated beach level living room features limestone floors, contemporary and comfortable furniture, and a 40” flat screen TV with cable. The beautiful kitchen is fully furnished, and there is also a BBQ grill on the patio. The dramatic master bedroom upstairs features a king sized bed, en-suite bath, large soaking tub, high Bali-styled wood peaked ceiling, and custom made furnishings. The spectacular views dominate every room. The second floor balcony off of your bedroom is perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks. This villa also has access to the private community tennis courts, a two minute walk from the villa. The island has many fantastic restaurants about a 10 – 15 minute drive. My husband and I are happy to recommend island activities you may enjoy. Or you might just prefer to enjoy your own private slice of paradise and spend your days swimming and lounging. Air conditioning is metered to encourage thoughtful use with the doors and windows closed. The first $200 of usage is free, and guests are responsible for any usage over that amount There are two zones, upstairs and downstairs. Villa rental rate includes a mid-week cleaning and an orientation at the villa with the Property Manager. Villa also includes: wireless internet, beach chairs and umbrellas, and pool floats. Each villa has a two-man kayak and paddle board. A 12% Turks and Government tax will be added to all villa rentals and there is a $235.00 per week cleaning fee.
