Comfortable room near the university and hospital

This airy, light and comfortable room is within a shared apartment that has two bedrooms. You can use a well-equipped kitchen to prepare your food. The walking distances to different destinations are: 1 minute to bus stop, Ålidhem centrum and supermarkets, 10 minutes to Umeå universitet, 15 minutes to Umeå Östra train station. I can lend you a bicycle, then it takes 10 min to cycle to the city center. You would have the keys and can easily go and come at any time you want. The bed is 120 cm wide which might be small for some couples. I can also provide floor mattress. Kitchen, toilet and bathroom. My wife and I usually spend our time outside during day. We would be glad to have chat with our guests while we are home. We have a sweet small dog (Lucy) that is restricted to our bedroom and living room. She is trained not to enter the corridor towards the kitchen and guest's bedroom so the guests can avoid any interaction if they do not want to. The area is where the student accommodations are located although our section is calm and relax. The neighbourhood is safe and easily accessible by public transport. There are some free parking spots nearby my apartment. If you are not lucky to get a free parking, it costs 30 kr per night to park your car. You can check-in at any time after 2 pm but please tell me the approximate time, at least 24 hrs before your arrival, to let me set my schedule. If you want to book at the same day as your arrival (in a short notice), then send a message first because it is possible that we can not arrange a proper time to check you in.
