Alb BnB – 3-room apartment near the Swabian Alb

Welcome to our beautiful guest apartment! Here you live surrounded by lots of green and a lovely neighborhood on the 1st floor of a single-family house. Parking lots are sufficiently available. The charming village of Heiningen offers numerous good restaurants and shopping opportunities within walking distance of the apartment – e.g. 100 m away a bakery with the world's best pretzels. The guest apartment is located in the catchment area of Stuttgart and directly at the foot of the Swabian Alb. You will find the following rooms in your guest apartment: - Bedroom with 1,60 m wide bed and closet - Fully equipped kitchen with electrical appliances - Dining room with dining table and chairs - East-facing balcony with table and chairs - Bathroom with shower tub, window and hairdryer - Separate WC with window - Another room with sofa bed On the floor of your guest apartment, next to your premises, is our home office room, which my husband and I use on some, but not all, workdays. The room is separated from your rooms, so you will not have any contact with us while you are in the apartment - unless you need something from us. We respect your privacy and want you to feel completely comfortable with us. To make you feel even safer, you are welcome to lock your bedroom and keep valuables in there. From dishes to pots and bowls to the Spätzlespresse, which should not be missing in a Swabian household: We have equipped the kitchen for you extensively. Should you still need kitchen equipment that you don't find, then please ask us. If we have it, we will lend it to you. You will find all the usual electrical appliances in the kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine). If there are any questions or concerns, I am available during the stay - either in person at the house or by phone. I leave my cell phone number with the emergency numbers in the guest apartment. From the guest apartment you can shop without a car (supermarkets, bakery, butcher, ...) and go / get food. Directly in the street, for example, you will find a good Swabian restaurant, only two blocks away a popular pizzeria. Last but not least, you can get the best kebab in Heiningen, for which people from Stuttgart have driven half an hour to get here. The area around the guest apartment is particularly attractive for hikers, cyclists and motorcyclists. The Swabian Alb is only a stone's throw away from us. Here you can enjoy an impressive landscape and plan beautiful activities, such as hiking, biking or relaxing in the spa. We know numerous leisure tips that we can recommend to you. As close as our guest apartment is to nature, as fast your way will lead you to the city. Stuttgart and Ulm are both about 50 km away. Also wonderful to visit are the cities of Esslingen (about 35 km away) and Kirchheim (about 20 km away). All cities are easily accessible by public transport. A bus stop is located 50 m from the guest apartment. The guest apartment is designed for 2 people and is suitable for both vacationers and business travelers.
