Explore the art museum with works of famous artists of Funen or visit the oldest mill of the island called the Kaleko Mill, which is located just a few kilometres from the centre. You can also take a walk along with the watchmen, who will narrate incidents about the old houses and the streets of Faaborg. The cosy harbour environment is located next to the old harbour. From here, regular ferry connections to the islands located nearby are available. Some of the islands are Lyo, Avernako, Bjorno and Aero, all of which are perfect for a trip by bicycles with picnic baskets.
