In 2009 we rebuilt the two adjacent bungalows into two cozy beach houses. These are houses from GDR times, which we modernized with much love. They have their own story and they are not perfect - in them, however, you can beach holiday and of course make holiday, like hardly anywhere else on the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast. You will feel comfortable in them from the beginning. We have comfortably furnished and equipped so that you have everything you need for a great holiday. The layout and features of the houses hardly differ, only the paint is different: House B5 is red, House B4 is blue. The houses include a boat (Canadier) that you share with your neighbors. The two houses are located on a quiet campsite and are surrounded by permanent campers. The camp is located approximately midway between the Hanseatic cities of Wismar and Rostock on the Baltic shores of Salzhaff. Time seems to have remained a little stand, the environment is, of course, but well maintained. You can surf, fish, go by boat, sit on the terrace and read a book, chat with neighbors or let it be, here your children can play in front of the house table tennis and herumströpern carefree. You can swim here, too, however, the natural beach is narrow and very shallow lagoon. There are times when you find there a three-meter wide sandy beach, which belongs to you almost alone. It can also be washed ashore. The beach of the neighboring campsite is a 5-minute walk. The beach of Rerik with white sandy beach, open sea and restaurants can be reached by car in 10-15 minutes. The Non smoking house has a large and modern open plan living area with sofa, reclining chair and satellite TV, a kitchen (electric cooker with ceramic hob, oven, sink, hood) and dining area. The house has two bedrooms with 4 beds (a 1,40 m double bed and one twin beds). The bathroom with window is equipped with toilet and shower. A large wooden terrace with barbecue and garden furniture invites you to relax. A parking lot is right next to the house. Animals are not allowed. Additional sleeps through extra beds in the open living room (extra / spare beds) are possible (up to 6 people). A highchair and / or a travel cot (with mattress, wetness protection and fresh sheets), we provide you free of charge if required. The bungalow in Pepelow is ideal for families or for water sports. The house has a boat, with which you can explore the Salzhaff. (Use of the boat must be in agreement with the tenants of the neighboring bungalows done). Small shops are on the immediately adjacent campsite available (250m). Surf School (250m), Bicycle rental (250m). WLAN can be booked for 10 EUR / week. Twice a week holding a mobile Eishändler right outside your door ... Enjoy the tranquility far away from mass tourism with your "almost-private" Baltic beach. There is no scale and uncrowded beach promenade but nature, sea and a few European rabbit at the door. At the agreed fixed rental rate (the rate includes final cleaning) come on departure following utilities for your individual consumption added: current 0.35 EUR / kWh and water 9.00 EUR / m³.
