San Francisco Bay Airy Bright Lodge

BE HERE NOW!!!!!! This 4 bedroom unit is fully furnished with Dux beds from Sweden with luxury bedding. We are across the street from the SF bay with views to the Golden Gate. The home has a 2 ponds, one with waterfall, private gardens with beautiful cedar fence surrounding all, 3 opening skylights in your unit. There is a large deck off the living room unit and a deck off the entrance unit. The downstairs unit has a patio. Internet, laundry, off street parking for 1 to 4 cars. Street parking is no problem. There are hardwood floors and spanish tile. There is a Wood burning stove for air safe days for burning. Oriental rugs and a Yamaha baby grand piano are in the upstairs living room. The monthly rent will include all utilities. The area is peaceful by the bay, quiet and safe. The home has double bolt locks. The home is architecturally interesting in the Frank Lolyd Wright style with lots of openness and light with lots of redwood. Art throughout both of cycling and sailing original acrylics. The home is bright and fun. There are 6 skylights for added light along with lots of windows. The home is a short walk to Point Richmond where there are grocery stores and restaurants. Wednesday nights April through September there is a farmer's market on Wednesday evenings. In the summer there are Friday night outdoor concerts in Point Richmond. There is a famous small live theater called the Masquers. There is a swimming facility called the Plunge which is open to the public and one of the biggest indoor pools you will find. There are also yacht clubs and bay beaches. There is great bike riding either in the hills or on a flat bike path along the waterfront that is extensive going south of Berkeley from Point Richmond. There is a bus line to bart or to Marin which is a short walk over the hill to catch at the end of the line. It is about a 25 minute drive to SF. without traffic delays by car. You can drive either to SF on the bay bridge or Golden Gate bridge. The Golden Gate would require 2 bridge tolls on the way into the city and no tolls on the way back from the city. Another option would besides driving or bart to SF would be the ferry from Larkspur which is about a 15 minute drive across the Richmond bridge. There is also a ferry to the city now from crane way pavilion which is very close in Richmond. About a 5 minute drive. There is digital access through the garden door. I usually only see the guests during check in or on the departure... I am available and frequently questions are asked by text with a quick return. The bay views are great. Watch the weather roll in and experience the best weather in the bay area. Usually the fog line rolls south of Point Richmond leaving us cool and sunny in the summer. Wind is usually from the golden gate bringing a clean fresh breeze to Point Richmond. Point Richmond is a safe area where you will see police congregating downtown. Of course it is an urban area and common sense locking doors and windows and leaving cars empty is encouraged and definitely the prudent thing to do anywhere. There is bus transportation to bart over the hill and down. Bart is about 2 miles away. $500.00 fee for last minute booking, 2 days notice, 48 hours before reservation needed to avoid $500.00 last minute bookIng fee. reservations for one month and more are preferred.
