Located 300m from the Allier River, this gîte is set in a beautiful house of character comprising another gîte (G2254) with separate opposite (back to back) entrance and outside spaces. Its location is ideal for lovers of fishing, relaxation by the river 200 m away (unsupervised bathing) and rest on a pleasant covered terrace (20 m²). The house has a garage, a closed patio of 75 m² with a paved terrace of 20 m². Nearby: St-Ilpize 3 km (village, castle ruins), La Vialette beach 3 km with bar-grill, tennis and games for children Blassac 5 km (church, murals), Lavoûte-Chilhac 7 km (Clunisian priory, bridge over the Allier, whitewater sports), Brioude 15 km (basilica, Hôtel de la Dentelle, old town, salmon house, weekly market, all shops and services).
