Vast Lake Koshkonong Views from Pier, Deck, & Home

Our 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom House is located directly on the shores of Lake Koshkongong. The back deck overlooks thousands of acres of lake with endless lake views. Just steps off the deck, one can enjoy the grassy landscape leading to the lakeside fire-pit. Then continue out onto the end of the 140 foot top notch pier. The pier (seasonally of course) includes a bench on the end and stairs into the water so that you can take a refreshing swim on our sandy bottom shoreline. This is are Home Away from Home and we want it to exceed your expectations as it does ours. We have gone above and beyond to make the space enjoyable not only for our family but yours too. The home is a refreshing and comfortable space with size in all the right places. The living room is large and boast 6 large windows for constant lake views. Whether you are reading a book, watching the 55" flat screen ( Roku TV with Cable), or just sitting in the bay window its sure to bring peace to our busy lifestyles. If you can't fully unplug we have great WIFI with excellent speeds. The kitchen is also large with stainless steal appliances and plenty of room to cook. Its stocked with utensils, dishes, cookware, Keurig, Toaster, towels, bar accessories, and more. Both bedrooms have comfortable beds and linens and extras of everything are always available. Our guest get to enjoy Adirondacks chairs, and an Outdoor dining set on the deck overlooking the water. Feel Free to enjoy the pier, yard, deck, and the home for your full enjoyment. Guest may fish off the pier or shore Bringing a kayak or paddle board, launching works great right from the pier. Guest also have access to the entire home including the walkout basement that houses the washer and dryer and a bonus space with a sitting area. Ample parking is available on the driveway and in an additional grassy yard located across the street from the house. This yard is also plenty big enough for parking a boat trailer or jet ski's too. If you need any information during your stay we will always be available but in hopes of allowing you to fully feel at home we give our guest plenty of space. We are a quick phone call or text away, or just a 20 min drive away if need be. The location of this property could not be any better. Located on the western shoreline of the lake, just 1.5 miles from the popular Anchor Inn, 2 boat launches, and the Beach Club at Lake view Campground. Buckhorn Supper Club is also just a quick 10 min drive away. Guest have access to Mallwood Estates playground and sandy beach just 2 blocks from the property and only available to Mallwood Estate homeowners and guest. A beach is also available at Lakeview Campground. Northleaf Winery and Timber Hill Winery both in Milton make great experiences. Check out their websites for more info and event. Both are located 15 minutes away. We encourage guest to bring their water sport toys but due to the nature of our pier and the lake we do not allow over night docking on the pier.
