With magnificent views, and only 10 minutes drive from Chatsworth House, this detached property is great for families, ramblers, cyclists or anyone wanting to get some Derbyshire fresh air. Dogs are happily welcome. There's 3 bedrooms (one ground level and two on the first floor) all with en-suite bathrooms and the property been lovingly refurbished to the highest standard, with new furniture throughout. Kitchen appliances include a Bosch dishwasher, double oven and refrigerator. We also have a beautiful glass dining table which seats 6, with two additional kitchen stools to take in the view and watch the birds from the kitchen window. In the lounge, while looking out at the river and fields, you can put your feet up and completely relax in front of the log burner. The utility room houses a washing machine, dryer, sink, freezer and plenty of room for any muddy boots or mucky paws.
