This home is one side of an updated duplex, Separated by a garage. Full kitchen, laundry area with washer and dryer. 1 full and 1 half bath. Nice sitting area with 50” HD tv. Fenced backyard. Pets may be accepted with extra fee upon approval You’ll have access to all areas of the home, and fully fenced backyard. Smart lock is on the front door for easy check in. Hosts live next door in the other side of the duplex and are available via phone, txt or in person if you need anything. Plenty of room for boat/camper parking! Just let us know if you’re bringing a trailer and we can accommodate. There is WiFi and a 50” smart tv in the living room. You should be able to access any Netflix, Hulu or amazon prime subscriptions you have. No cable tv, but there is an antenna that provides the local PBS, NBC, CBS and FOX channels. Hosts live next door in the other side of the duplex and occasionally access the garage and storage sheds on the property.
