Our charming island retreat is located in a beautiful home, surrounded by tall forest. The studio apartment features living area, queen bed, TV, kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, dishes/utensils, private bathroom w/shower. Quiet and nicely decorated. This space is a pet free zone and not suited for children. Stairs to unit. A peaceful island retreat in south Puget Sound, WA - only a short 20 minute ferry ride from Steilacoom. Large suite with private bath and kitchenette. Discover forests, beach, trails, golf, tennis, fishing, swimming, kayaking, and lots of friendly folks. We love our island and hope to share it with you. Pet free; not suitable for children. Stairs to unit. We encourage guests to relax in our beautiful outdoor areas. Deck, patio, waterfall, birds in a park like setting. We are happy to share information about our island. There are nice trails, parks, and historic places. Our neighborhood is somewhat forested, with houses generally not tightly placed together. It's quiet and the deer, birds, and other wildlife frequently roam the area. We also have a more rural, farming area outside of the Riviera development. The Piece County, WA ferry system will get you here. A vehicle is recommended. Bicycles for the hardy; we have hills. Water access for kayak launching. Commercialism is very limited on the island. We do have a small general store; café/coffee shop, restaurant, and golf course open to public. Launch sites available for kayaking. Wonderful parks and trails. Please Note: We are best suited for adults and our accommodations are pet free.
