Quinta Madureira - An entrance to the Douro

The Quinta is located in the North of Portugal, near the Douro region, in the City of Vila Real, Parish of Abaças, locality of Vilarinho do Tanha. The city of Vila Real is a 15-minute drive away, Porto is 90 km away, with Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport. The house consists of 4 double or twin rooms (extra cot or bed for a child up to 12 years old, free of charge), with independent access and private bathroom. They have all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay, as if they were in their own house, namely, free WiFi, central heating and cooling, a living room with plasma and salamander, games room with pool tables and games room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a multi-purpose hall that allows the realization of events in the house - indoors and / or outdoors, by prior agreement. The house has all the necessary equipment for a self-catering stay (full use of the kitchen with all the necessary equipment) or, alternatively, we guarantee a service of meals prepared in house, that allow you to enjoy and to taste the delights of the traditional gastronomy duriense. It provides the ideal conditions for a holiday or weekend getaway, with family or friends, tranquility, privacy and comfort involved, by natural spaces that invite you to enjoy the pleasures of the countryside. Guests can relax in the outdoor space next to the swimming pool and practice sports on the lawn adjoining it. There is a porch with barbecue and wood oven that allows the confection and realization of the meals outdoors, without ever losing the comfort. Free private parking is available.
