Newly refurbished studio - light and airy, contemporary design. All facilities for a self contained stay - kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave. Victoria Studio is located in a desirable part of the town, on an avenue which is known for its beauty. Voted one of the best streets in Market Harborough. Guests can enjoy a quiet stay in a light and airy studio which offers a comfy double bed with 100% cotton bed linen, 2 arm chairs, a desk and large, flat screen t.v with catch-up programmes. There are tea/coffee making facilities, a toaster, fridge and microwave. The shower room offers a large shower area with powerful shower and quality towels. Toiletries are included. Victoria Studio is over the road to the canal basin which is a favourite spot in the town, offering a tow path which leads to the famous Foxton locks, the cosy Waterfront restaurant and ‘Gin & Fizz’ bar overlooking the basin with outdoor seating. A 5 minute stroll to the town which hosts a museum, theatre, unique boutiques, coffee shops, restaurants and pubs and cocktail bars. During the summer months Market Harborough often hosts small festivals and outdoor events such as a classic car show, Arts Fresco and a European food market. Victoria Studio has private parking. The private oak front door allows access to the secluded studio. There is a small outdoor seating area. The studio offers a picture window and sky light letting in the evening sun, there are two comfortable arm chairs and a coffee table, a large, flat screen television and a desk. The comfy double bed has 100% cotton bed linen. The host will usually be available to contact for advice and recommendations and can be contacted via phone or email. A tree lined avenue with neighbours who care about their surroundings. In close proximity to desirable parts of the town such as the centre and the canal, as well as walking fields and a 12 minute walk to the train station which leads to London st Pancras, the street is highly sought after. The avenue provides a quiet and peaceful atmosphere making it one of the nicest places to live within the town. Most places are accessible via foot. Local areas of interest: museum, theatre, Battle of Naseby visitor centre, Rockingam Castle and Speedway, Kelmarsh Hall and the Buddhist Centre. Leicester offers: King Richard 3rd museum, medieval Guild Hall, cathedral, theatres and museums, King Power Leicester City football stadium, Leicester Tigers Rugby ground. Leicester is a thriving city and a cultural centre for everyone to shop, eat and drink. Market Harborough has good transport links to nearby towns such as Corby, Kettering and Northampton as well as a train line to London St Pancras, Leicester and Nottingham.
