"Poetry" House and garden in Varennes sur Loire

Its roof is covered with slates, yet it looks like thatched cottage. Its walls are thick, its ceilings are low, Poetry is a small farmhouse (58 m2) cocoon, protective and enveloping; an invitation to let go. It consists of a main room (22 m2) where living room and kitchen share the space, a master bedroom (12m2, double bed 160 X 200), a bathroom (4m2) with bath, a 2nd bedroom of 22 m2 with 2 twin beds (80 X 200) and office area. The private garden is a real plus room where you can enjoy your meal in the shade of trees and around a barbecue or take a sunbath on the deckchairs. The courtyard of the entrance is shared with Lydie's art studio (paintings and ceramics). You will find some of his works on the walls of the house, and can visit his workshop if the heart tells you. You will have access to tourist sites in a radius of 10 km: the Abbey of Fontevraud, the castle of Montsoreau, the classified village of Cannes Saint Martin and its collegiate church, the castle of Saumur .... You will find in the village of Varennes sur Loire, a bakery, butcher's shop, a small supermarket, a pharmacy, a very small market (charcutier, cheese, scoop) is installed even every Friday morning on the pretty village square
