On the ground floor is an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside is a small courtyard with outdoor furniture. Just a five minute walk from the beach, Ty Gwyn is a lovely seaside holiday home for a family holiday in beautiful Mid Wales. Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Note: The property is close to a local railway line which has approximately 2 trains per hour.
