There is a right of way at the back of the property out of the development, directly onto the road which makes it ideal if you are walking up to Holt. There is some noise from the road but this shouldn't detract from your enjoyment of the property. Parking is available to the front of the development (two spaces) although there is more parking possible in the access road which leads down to the King's Head pub/restaurant.
