Casita Blanca is centrally located. It is 1.4 miles to Big Bend National Park, across the street from The Cottonwood Grocery and 6.5 miles from the ghost town. There are stunning views of Santa Elena's canyon ridge and Mexico to the West. The front porch is perfect for watching the sun set and rise. The back patio is a great place to grill out and relax. Recently remodeled this 70's house offers many amenities including a flush toilet, grid electricity, city water, a full kitchen and a shower. This house is a part of Terlingua history. There have been recent major upgrades throughout the house however the majority of the construction on this house took place in the 70's. We hope you enjoy the original decor theme and the history this home has to offer. You will have access to the entire home. Please do not use the outhouse or shed areas. We do provide an indoor flush toilet. We would like to respect your privacy while you are our guest. Should you need assistance Molly lives minutes away and is easily reachable by email, text or phone. The Cottonwood grocery store is just across the road and offers just about anything you may need. The only gas station in town is just one mile North on 118 from us. You may enjoy dining out at one of our great restaurants or bars located just a few miles west into the ghost town. Interested in going on a guided horseback ride with a cowboy/girl? Big Bend Stable is a mile north of us on highway 118. This house is retro!
