A little piece of paradise: away from the world, where we are just plain

Our house is located in a quiet subdivision 5 minutes drive from all services. It is an ideal home for one or more families who want to make the most of the sun on the Spanish coast. Our house is practical and easy to maintain, equipped with essentials to spend a few days of vacation without wasting time with housework, shopping, etc ... We have a huge American fridge for not needing to shop often. We also have other appliances that make life easier: dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob ... Meals can be done under the porch (that's what we do) or in the kitchen. In summer, it is very hot but we do not like air conditioning especially since we are always at the beach or the pool. But for the night, we installed fan lights in all rooms. A 15-minute stroll through a protected pine forest will take you to the beautiful beach of El Moncayo. It is a beach not very busy (because access by car impossible), very well preserved and clean, without buildings spoiling the landscape or the last rays of evening sun. The subdivision in which the house is located is 5 minutes from downtown Guardamar where you will find restaurants, shops, markets, etc. It is therefore a quiet subdivision where children can be outside without any worries (very few cars driving very slowly). You have at your disposal 2 swimming pools. A 15-minute drive away is the city of Torrevieja, a major tourist destination in Spain and known for its lively nights, you will find an international environment and a wide variety of activities.
