L'Emeraude, Beautiful Chalet 5 people in the heart of the Jura Lakes region

A cottage, a small fisherman's house ... The Emerald is an atypical holiday rental with lots of charm, ideally located in the heart of the Lake District of Jura (Vouglans, Clairvaux, Chalain, ...) at Pont de-Poitte (right next to the port of La Saisse and the famous Marmites) and 2 steps from the mountain. Located a little away from the village, in a peaceful area, L'Emeraude can accommodate up to 5 people in very good conditions of comfort. It consists of a beautiful living room, including a kitchen, a dining area and a lounge area with flat screen, DVD player and Orange TV. For sleeping, you will find two independent bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds of 90 cm and 140 cm. Bed linen, towels and house provided and beds made on your arrival. Baby kit (cot, high chair, bath ring, changing mat) free on request. The general decoration is neat and light. You will also find a bathroom with shower where soap is offered to holidaymakers + separate WC. You will be able to dispose of the washing machine and the necessary of ironing. The emerald also benefits from an air conditioning system in case of hot weather, free Wi-Fi and a landline telephone. (see conditions with the owner). Outside, a beautiful covered and shaded terrace (awning) will allow you to enjoy the fresh air surrounding. A petanque ground take place in the closed and raised park of L'Emeraude. You can easily park your car and store a boat there safely. Finally, a room attached to the rental is available to store equipment (bicycles, fishing rods, hiking equipment, skis, canoe, ..). You will also find a barbecue, some outdoor games including a Molkky and sun loungers and deckchairs.
