Cosy villa, only 8 minutes walk from the ocean

Very welcome to our home in Onsala, with big, nice hang out areas and only 8 minutes walk to the ocean and nice small beaches. We have also built a big room with glas ceiling and glas doors to be able to enjoy the beautiful Swedish light and nature no matter weather. A terrific and cosy room to enjoy long cosy dinners together. A house with great surroundings that have something to offer for everybody. The single-story villa consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower and the other with shower and bath). The kitchen and living room is one big unit and there is also an extra living room, perfect for children and youth to hang out and play x-box, talk, play games etc. We have also built a big extra room with glas ceiling and glas doors to be able to enjoy the light and nature a little bit longer. A great space to eat dinners and hang out. There are 6-9 beds. Six ordinary beds (two double beds, one 1.05 cm and one 90 cm), and then a 90 cm- madrass in a cosy place in the master bedroom, a perfect place for a child but also no problem to sleep for an adult, since it is a 90 cm mattress. We also have two couches, one in the bedroom with the 1.05. bed and one in the extra living room. If you are more than 9 people, please ask, and we can fix som extra air mattresses (the thick and nice ones). A great house to spend a lot of time together. The surroundings are beautiful with the ocean and nature close by, and still it is only 300 meter to the buss stop, 10 min by car to Kungsbacka and 30 min by car to Gothenburg. You are of course welcome to use the whole house, garden, and all the toys and bikes available. There are toys you can bring to the beach. The only private area is the little house on the entrance side, where we have some private storage. If you have a wish to hire our car, please ask and we can discuss. The parking area is big, and there is no problems parking three cars. If you arrive by car, please let us know how many, and we will move our own cars. We will not be in Sweden during your stay, but we arrange so you can have keys and information in a very simple way. You can contact me anytime with any questions and I will also have a friend in Sweden, close by, who you can contact if you have any questions, problems etc, We have almost everything within walking distance; 8 minutes walk to the ocean, bus stop, 4 min walk, Kungsbacka, 10 min by car, Gothenburg, 30 min by car, Varberg 40 min by car, illuminated 2 km running, 15 min walk, amazing walk- and running areas by the ocean and fields, 8 minutes walk in different directions from our house, grocery store, 20 min walk, mini market 5 min walk, tennis court next to the ocean, 8 min walk etc etc. There are three different beaches very close by. The first one is called Måsen (straight down from our road), and if you follow the path to the right by the ocean, you have Finnasand after about 5 min walk, and if you instead follow the path to the left you have Vickan and also the tennis court. It is very easy to book the tennis court. You buy coupons at Smått och gott, the mini market at the "big road", 5 min walk from our house and then put these coupons on the time schedule right next to the tennis court. It costs 120 SEK per hour to play (12 euro). Please write your name on the coupon. We have four children in different ages and this area with all these possibilities have something to offer for everybody. Thats is why we love it so much! It is only 300 meter to the bus stop, which can take you further out in Onsala, or in to Kungsbacka, where you can take the train to Gothenburg, Varberg etc. If you download the app Reseplanerare and write Vickan as bus stop, it is easy to get a time schedule for all the buses passing by our bus stop and see how you continue if you have bus- or train changes to get to your final destination. You can pay by card, and if you wish to go a lot by bus, you can buy a Västtrafikkort at Kungsbacka Central station, at the store Pressbyrån. We have a big parking place at our house, no problems to fit in three cars.
