Plus, she is super close to everything exciting downtown, and is across the street from Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. The lovely, bi-level house does have stairs to get up to the second and third room, as well as the restroom. The 103 year old house has a remodeled kitchen with new appliances. The main level bedroom has a queen size bed, and both second floor bedrooms have full size beds. The downtown gem is on the same block as a wonderful pizza eatery, is only one block away from Starbucks, and across the street from the State Museum, and hospital. The rental location is only a block away from the Cheyenne Frontier Days' Parade route, and is 6 blocks away from the Depot. Also, if you like history, you can tour the historical Governor's Mansion located a block a way as well. AC is available Memorial Day weekend through the end of September (depending on if Old-Man Winter comes early or not). Guests will have access to the entire main house. Limited, but only a phone call away. I do come over to water the lawn during the summer months. The house is located in historical downtown Cheyenne. Cheyenne now has Uber and Lyft. There are also local taxi services as well.
