This is a new refurbished flat with a great view where you can enjoy the sundown. It is located in the Bavarian Forest in St Englmar inside the Predigtstuhl Resort Complex. It is a big complex building. The building's got nice amenities such as: outdoors and indoors swimming pool, sauna, gym, playground. It is great for families with small kids and also for couples. The area has a lot to offer, in summer you can go hiking, do mountain biking and climbing. In winter you can do winter sports. Our flat is a new cozy refurbished flat inside the Predigtstuhl Resort in the Bavarian Forest. Very nicely decorated, you feel like at home. We provide you with the basics things (coffee, tea, milk, basic cooking ingredients like salt, pepper, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and also basic toiletries) so you can have a nice start in your holiday. There is a Nespresso coffee machine. Our guests are allowed to use the entire condominium. Swimming pools, sauna, gym, playgrounds. In the evening if you want to enjoy watching a film or your favorite series you can watch our Netflix for guests. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, gym, indoor and Outdoor playgrounds. This is a holiday resort, the neighborhood is mainly a tourist destination. There are many attractions and many things to do with the family, partner or own your own. There are plenty of amusement parks in the area. It is the perfect holiday destination in Bavaria. We invite you to see our guidebook for more information. You can go around by car, bike or on foot. This is a Kurtax Ort and this is not included in the price because it depends on the number of people staying, the time of the year, the age and the number of days. Therefore, this has to be paid cash before you leave the accommodation. Other things to take into account: We provide you with a Nespresso coffee machine and capsules. Please bring your own bath robes and swimming pool towels. We only provide small towels to be used inside the flat. The flat is a studio flat, this means that the kitchen, dining and sleeping area are all in the same living space. The bathroom is of course en-suite.
