Lovely house with huge garden in quiet area + WIFI

On the ground floor is a living room of 25 m2 with a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has an adjustable Auping bed (160x200cm). The house is fully equipped and there are enough towels, bed sheets and pillows for all of the guests. Fast and reliable WIFI available. WARNING; the stairs are steep and have short steps. This house is not suitable for kids. Smoking not allowed. Pets not allowed. The house is located in a green area near the town of Sellingen. It is a perfect location to stay if you are a hiker, cyclist, or if you are just a nature freak. The house has a massive garden with some lounge areas to enjoy the quietness. Complete house and garden In case you are not bringing your own bicycles; we recommend to hire them from "Warenhuis Andries Kuil". Animals are not allowed, we do not allow any kind of parties neither camping in the backyard. Unauthorised guests are not allowed to stay overnight.
